Your Place or Mine?  An Overview of Utah State Residency Requirements

In this session, we will review the Utah State residency requirements including residency exceptions, updates to the current R512 Policy and a dicussion on best practices.  We will also review updates in recent federal policy for veteran tuition waivers and proposed changes for residency in the next legislative session.  In addition, we will be discussing resources and options for undocumented and DACA students.

In this leadership praxis-based workshop, Michael will explain how Westminster has been discovering and responding to some of their scheduling-related challenges in order to prioritize students and their success.
